My stay at CitizenM was a pleasant surprise for a frequent traveler like me. The hotel's proximity to Schiphol airport is unbeatable, making it an ideal choice for those with early flights or late arrivals. The self-check-in process was efficient, and the room's control via iPad was a nice modern touch. The comfortable bed and refreshing shower were just what I needed after a long day of traveling. Free WiFi and a variety of in-room entertainment options added value to my stay.While I didn't dine at the hotel, I appreciated the 24-hour bar and food options available. The staff's friendliness and the overall quality of the amenities stood out to me. However, the lack of ironing facilities and the absence of a business center could be drawbacks for some guests requiring those services.In terms of value, CitizenM hits the mark for its convenience, comfort, and modern amenities, especially for travelers in transit. If budget-conscious travelers can overlook certain missing amenities, CitizenM is a smart choice for a short stay near the airport.
